This role involves performing data administration duties, including lead entry, worksheet verification, and managing tours and seminars (bookings, reschedules, cancellations). The Data Admin Customer Support will enter and retrieve information from computer databases, verify data for accuracy and completeness, and close out daily reports. This position requires the ability to comprehend and apply detailed rules and regulations, communicate professionally via phone to direct potential and current owners to sales or service departments, and listen and respond appropriately to colleagues. Adherence to work schedules for proper coverage is essential. The role also involves learning and retaining resort locations, ownership options, company rules, and brand terminology. Independent troubleshooting, monitoring Outlook mailboxes, and following Book of Business rules and standard operating procedures are key responsibilities. The position requires welcoming guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs, and thanking guests with appreciation. Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal, is necessary. Developing positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and complying with quality assurance standards are also important. Physical tasks include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
