About The Position

Mobile Communications (MCA) is seeking two DAS Install Technicians with at least 2 years of experience in the wireless space to support In-building projects. These technicians will work in teams of 3-4, including a lead tech. The role involves the construction and maintenance of in-building wireless access points for Federal, State, and Local government, education, transportation, and healthcare clients. MCA has a strong track record, having worked with notable organizations such as Johns Hopkins, WAMATA, BWI, Ronald Regan Building, and Baltimore Subway systems. This position is specifically to support the VA market, with opportunities for top performers to convert or extend their contracts. The contract is expected to last at least 6 months.

Requirements

2+ years of experience specific within the wireless space.
Low volt coax install experience.
Rack and stacking experience.
Dressing and labeling experience.
Low voltage experience.
Ability to work 40+ hours per week.
Hardworking and reliable.

Willingness to learn and grow.
Team player.

Nice To Haves

Some fiber experience testing, terminating, pulling, splicing.
Actual DAS experience.
Experience with 1/2" coax.
Experience with OEM's like: Corning, Commscope, SOLiD, ADRF, Mobile Access.

Responsibilities

Perform low volt coax installation.
Rack and stacking equipment.
Dressing and labeling cables.
Install low voltage systems.
Fiber experience including testing, terminating, pulling, and splicing is a plus but not necessary.
Work with 1/2" coax and OEM's like Corning, Commscope, SOLiD, ADRF, Mobile Access.
Support the VA market.
Work on teams of 3-4 with one lead tech and 2-3 technicians.
