About The Position

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for finance professionals with strong expertise in Danish accounting, auditing, and taxation and native-level Danish language skills. This role supports the development of an AI evaluation dataset through the creation of original, expert-level multiple-choice questions. Selected professionals will design realistic exam-style problems based on Danish financial and regulatory practice, develop challenging answer options, and provide clear worked solutions grounded in professional expertise.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a closely related discipline
• Strong knowledge of Danish accounting, auditing, and/or taxation
• Educated in Denmark or currently based in Denmark
• Native-level Danish proficiency
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• Ability to create technically rigorous questions and explain complex reasoning clearly
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working independently

Nice To Haves

• Ideally 2+ years of relevant professional experience in accounting, auditing, tax, finance, or a related field
• Experience in professional education, assessment design, examination development, or technical content creation is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop original multiple-choice questions covering Danish accounting and financial reporting topics
• Create realistic scenarios that test applied financial knowledge and professional judgement
• Design questions requiring interpretation, calculation, and analysis rather than simple factual recall
• Ensure technical accuracy and appropriate difficulty across accounting-related content
• Provide clear worked solutions explaining the reasoning behind each correct answer
• Create expert-level questions covering auditing principles, procedures, controls, and assurance
• Develop practical scenarios reflecting professional audit work and decision-making
• Design plausible answer choices that distinguish between different levels of technical understanding
• Evaluate questions for clarity, accuracy, and appropriate complexity
• Explain relevant audit reasoning in structured written solutions
• Draft questions addressing Danish tax concepts, rules, and practical applications
• Develop scenarios involving individual, corporate, and other relevant areas of taxation
• Apply professional knowledge of Danish tax practice when constructing questions and solutions
• Ensure questions accurately reflect Danish regulatory and professional contexts
• Identify and avoid ambiguous or insufficiently supported conclusions
• Produce original exam-style questions with ten answer options per question
• Identify one correct answer and construct credible alternative options
• Provide detailed worked solutions supporting the correct response
• Maintain consistent structure, difficulty, and quality across question sets
• Review completed content for technical accuracy, language quality, and internal consistency
• Follow project-specific formatting and evaluation guidelines
