About The Position

Teach dance classes for children ages 5–10 at elementary schools across the Bay Area. Classes are held Monday through Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part-time, in-person role, typically involving one approximately one-hour class per day, with the possibility of an additional 30 minutes of pre-care. The programs focus on creating a fun, energetic environment for younger and beginner-level children. Class sizes are generally 8–16 students. The company provides equipment and lesson plans. Coaches must attend a two-day training or shadowing session before starting and have reliable transportation. The stated pay is $50–$65 per session; the posting also lists compensation as $50–$65 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of application.
• Must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Must enjoy working with children in a positive and active setting.
• Must be flexible, reliable, and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work.
• Must submit a photo and short biography for the company website, introducing relevant sports experience.
• Applicants must already be eligible to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the sport being applied to, coaching, or working with children is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
