About The Position

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is hiring energetic, customer-focused Dance Instructors to teach private and group dance classes throughout the week. Instructors help students of all ages and backgrounds achieve personal dance goals, whether they are preparing for a single event or pursuing a long-term journey in dance. The role involves working closely with students and the studio team, staying physically active, and attending studio events with students, including some weekday evenings and weekends.

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is a ballroom dance instruction franchise founded in 1947. It has 180 studio locations and serves more than 25,000 students. Its offerings include private and group lessons, wedding dance choreography, performances, local dance parties, and regional and national competitions. Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach personal dance goals, from preparing for a single event to developing their dance skills over time.
• Work with students of all ages and backgrounds and collaborate with the studio team.
• Attend studio events with students, including some weekday evening and weekend events.
• Participate in activities such as performances, parties, and competitions.
