This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business. The Dairy Service Support Technician will build and maintain trusted customer relationships through integrity, responsiveness, and a strong commitment to customer success. They will provide preventative maintenance, onsite support, and remote service for sanitation systems and related technologies, optimizing system performance and customer value, maximizing system uptime, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role involves installing parts, performing basic electrical and plumbing tasks, conducting site assessments, and transporting equipment. The technician will maintain strong knowledge of products used with the Micro sanitation system, configure and maintain sanitation system software, perform operational tests, and follow/create standard operating procedures. Training customer staff on system operation and best practices, providing ongoing education to management teams, and collaborating with sales teams to support territory revenue growth are key aspects. Clear communication of processes and preparation of required documentation are also essential. The role requires adherence to all safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
