About The Position

This position drives trucks over established routes to safely and efficiently deliver products and provide services. The driver loads and unloads products at various locations, primarily within a specific geographic territory, usually completing deliveries within the shift. Deliveries may include perishable foods, tabletop items, special equipment, and frozen foods. The driver informs customers about new products and services, distributes sales promotion materials, resolves customer complaints, records daily sales and delivery information, and obtains customer signatures upon pickup or delivery. The role requires compliance with company policies and Department of Transportation regulations, as well as regular and reliable attendance. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a current driver's license and a clean driving record for the past 39 months.
Must be available to work according to department demands, which are subject to overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to read and communicate in English sufficiently to converse with the general public and respond to official inquiries.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Delivery experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
