The Forestdale School aims to be a model of continuous growth, focusing on student development in state testing (MCAS, MCAS Alt, and ACCESS) and providing comprehensive support socially, emotionally, and academically. The school fosters a caring, nurturing learning community where all students and families feel safe and welcomed. It is a PBIS school and participates in a three-year MTSS cohort, training teachers in social and emotional learning foundations. The school community embraces the PRIDE acronym: Positivity, Respect, Independence, Determination, and Excellence, as embodied in a student-authored poem.
