This position requires active Secret Clearance from the United States Government. Vantor is currently seeking a Direct Access Support Engineer for our Mission Operations Center in Longmont, CO. Responsibilities: Support Operations through the arbitration and execution of requests from our International Defense and customers. Preserve the spacecraft and ground systems; ensure existing and potential satellite tasking requirements are met; deliver imagery and ancillary data to Vantor internal and external customers. Support numerous internal departments, including Remote Systems, Direct Access Remote Sensing, Project Management, and the direct access account management and sales teams. Monitor satellite access windows to guarantee successful execution and ensure delivery of imagery and products within prescribed deadlines. Frontline incident management for direct access customers outside of standard business hours Troubleshoot Tier 1 and 2 issues in high-pressure situations Utilize and maintain monitoring tools by performing ongoing assessments of the efficiency/performance of these tools, Work alongside operations, sales, and customer teams on requirements and operational implementation, Provide input and guarantee accuracy of operation,s efficienc,y and transition documentation and procedures, Effectively communicate with team members, cross-departmental staff, and customers regarding status, milestones, issues, and resolution.
