About The Position
The Dacotah Dining Utility position involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks in a food service environment. This role is full-time and requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends. The utility worker will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area and kitchen, assisting with food preparation when needed, and adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including, but not limited to: Washing dishes using dishwasher.
- Washing pots and pans in three-compartment sink.
- Taking out garbage.
- Crushing boxes.
- Cleaning walls.
- Cleaning bathrooms.
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- Cleaning concrete slabs (e.g. dumpster, receiving, etc.).
- Sort silverware.
- Keep shelves organized (e.g. utensils, vats, etc.).
- Assist with food preparation as required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
