About The Position

The D365 System Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) environment. This role supports system stability, security, and performance while assisting with user support and integration of key ISV solutions such as AXtension, Sycor, SK Global, and Precision Forms. The position provides critical assistance in day-to-day ERP operations, issue resolution, and documentation. This role supports adherence to enterprise governance standards and contributes to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to help deliver compliant and reliable solutions. Prior experience with ISV solutions is a plus, but training will be provided to build knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in providing functional and technical support for Dynamics 365 and integrated ISVs including AXtension, Sycor, SK Global, and Precision Forms.
Help troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating complex problems as necessary.
Collaborate with team members and end users to address day-to-day system challenges.
Support user account management, permissions, and basic system configurations in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Assist with maintaining compliance by following enterprise governance standards and SDLC processes.
Help prepare documentation and information needed for audits and compliance checks.
Assist in developing and updating end-user training materials and documentation such as SOPs and guides.
Support end-user training sessions and help promote system adoption.
Participate in regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system updates coordination under guidance.
Document testing results and help ensure system stability during updates.
Support project teams with ERP-related tasks and contribute to system enhancement initiatives as needed.
