About The Position

Due to an internal promotion, a Microsoft Inner Circle Partner in NA needs to fill the CE Technical Architect seat. You'll set the technical direction for the CE practice and client engagements, mentor developers and functional consultants, and lead the build on custom Power Platform work. If you're a hands-on architect who leads by doing (and can spot when a developer needs a nudge before they ask), this is your seat.

Requirements

• 10+ years hands-on with Dynamics CRM/D365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform
• Deep experience in Sales and Customer Insights (Marketing)
• Development background
• Comfortable leading a technical team without being their line manager
• Proactive communicator. You raise your hand before problems escalate
• Prior consulting or Microsoft Partner experience strongly preferred
• Legal right to work in Canada without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) experience
• Field Service or Customer Service exposure
• Comfort with heavily custom Power Platform builds
