About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer to build, deploy, and support STAAND, a government child welfare system built on Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure GCC.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse / Power Platform development
• C#/.NET Dataverse Plug-ins & Custom APIs
• TypeScript/JavaScript & PCF controls
• Power Pages/Portals – web roles & table permissions
• Azure DevOps YAML pipelines & Power Platform ALM
• Azure: Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, API Management
• Automated unit, integration & UI testing
• Infrastructure as Code – Bicep, ARM, or Terraform
• Strong Git/PR/code review experience with merge authority
• Experience leading/mentoring 3+ developers

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GCC, GCC High, or Azure Government strongly preferred
• Exposure to Copilot Studio / Azure OpenAI / Azure AI preferred
• PL-400, AZ-400, AZ-204, PL-600 and/or relevant Microsoft certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and support STAAND, a government child welfare system.
• Daily coding.
• Own CI/CD and ALM.
• Review code.
• Manage production releases.
• Troubleshoot live systems.
• Work directly with business stakeholders.
• Production support, troubleshooting, monitoring & release management.
• Direct collaboration with non-technical users, UAT & requirements gathering.
