About The Position

Trulieve is looking for a Cycle Counter Lead who will be responsible for daily SAP cycle count reporting, End-of-Month inventory control, and acting as a back-up to Production Planner when necessary. The Cycle Counter Lead will be responsible for creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the department, working together with the Department Supervisor & Manager. Responsible for ensuring data accuracy for what is processed by the department and cooperating with management on a fluctuating workload that may require changing tasks to focus on priorities.

Requirements

SAP Computer literate
Mathematically & Theoretically competent for complex problem solving
Strong attention to detail
Able to work occasional weekends, holidays and evenings
High school diploma/GED required
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
Must be able to pass comprehensive background screening

Responsibilities

Generate Daily SAP cycle counts reports
Cycle count raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials on a daily
Adjust discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products in SAP
Assist in receiving Raw Materials, verifying the Purchase Order matches the packing slip
Assist in closing production jobs in SAP
Reconciling all Packaging counts in SAP
Work closely with the inventory group to monitor supply levels and submit purchasing recommendations on a regular basis
Collaborate with the inventory control and purchasing groups to determine when product is missing in a delivery
Load and unload delivery trucks and make sure that each incoming delivery matches the company purchase order
Closing Process Orders for Production Planner when necessary, Create and send batch sheets, process orders and production logs when necessary
All other duties as assigned
