About The Position

The company is seeking an Inventory Cycle Counter to join its team. This position is responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining detailed records of stock levels. The role is critical in minimizing discrepancies and supporting efficient warehouse operations. The company values curious, collaborative, and kid-at-heart individuals.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Forklift certification

Nice To Haves

1-2 years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field

Responsibilities

Perform regular cycle counts of warehouse inventory to verify stock levels.
Ensure inventory accuracy by comparing physical counts to system records.
Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies to management.
Assist in correcting stock variances and updating inventory records.
Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and tracking of goods.
Maintain detailed and accurate inventory logs and reports.
Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure compliance.
