About The Position

In this position, you will be responsible for conducting regular inventory counts, ensuring the accuracy of stock records, and assisting in maintaining optimal inventory levels. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in inventory management or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with others
  • Physical ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds, as

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience with working with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cycle counts of inventory to maintain accurate stock records
  • Re port discrepancies between physical inventory and inventory management systems to supervisor and clerk
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper organization and storage of products
  • Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices
  • Support inventory audits and participate in Tuft Bin counts when
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency
  • Operate lift trucks, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to inspect inventory and confirm stock details
  • Any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
