About The Position

Interclypse is seeking a Cybersecurity Solutions Operations Support team member to assist Maryland state agencies with the modernization and sustainment of critical systems. The role supports the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of enterprise cybersecurity solutions. It also troubleshoots service issues for platforms such as SIEM, EDR, or IAM and helps maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures under supervision. The position is on-site at various locations in Maryland.

Requirements

At least three years of experience in IT, systems administration, or software engineering.
At least one year of hands-on experience with core security technologies or cloud services such as AWS or Azure.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of cybersecurity solutions across the enterprise.
Troubleshoot service issues for platforms such as SIEM, EDR, or IAM.
Help maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures under supervision.
