Position Summary: Assists in the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of cybersecurity solutions across the enterprise. Troubleshoots service issues for platforms like SIEM, EDR, or IAM and helps maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures under supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred.
- At least three (3) years of experience in IT, systems administration, or software engineering.
- At least one (1) year of hands-on experience with core security technologies or cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Responsibilities
- Assists in the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of cybersecurity solutions across the enterprise.
- Troubleshoots service issues for platforms like SIEM, EDR, or IAM.
- Helps maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures under supervision.
