About The Position

For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Cybersecurity Intern. This exciting position will have the chance to support enterprise security work across cybersecurity, IT security, physical security, and facility security. You will help the team analyze security data, improve internal processes, prototype practical solutions, and turn findings into clear recommendations that strengthen G2 Ops operations.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or related field
  • Interest in enterprise security, including cybersecurity, IT security, physical security, and facility security
  • Ability to analyze log files, audit records, inventories, incident trackers, or compliance data to identify trends, anomalies, and gaps
  • Interest in applying AI or automation to improve security, facility, and reporting processes
  • Ability to organize vulnerability, patching, configuration, asset, or access-control information into leadership-ready summaries
  • Curiosity to research vendors, processes, and practical improvements for handling, storing, labeling, transmitting, and destroying sensitive information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create short awareness products, checklists, reminders, or internal guidance
  • Ability to learn quickly, ask good questions, take initiative, and work collaboratively with Security, IT, and Facilities team members
