About The Position

This is a paid internship opportunity for both Cybersecurity and Non-Cybersecurity Students. At Triple Point Security, we recognize that information security is a complex challenge. Delivering effective solutions requires a diverse team with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. To build this team, we seek curious and self-motivated undergraduate and graduate students from all disciplines and majors who are passionate about technology and managing security risks. We welcome all applicants excited to explore how technology and security intersect with real-world business, research, and government applications. Prior cybersecurity experience or a major in a cybersecurity or IT field isn’t required. If you’re interested in technology and cybersecurity and eager to grow your skills through hands-on experience with a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

Undergraduate and Graduate students
Undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0
Desire to learn more about information technology/cybersecurity
Affinity for critical thinking, problem solving, and conducting research
Self-starter and ability to work independently and learn new technologies
Ability to work, communicate, and resolve conflict in a team environment
Communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts
Organized and able to meet deadlines and administrative requirements
U.S. Citizenship Required

Nice To Haves

Prior cybersecurity experience or a major in a cybersecurity or IT field isn’t required.

Responsibilities

Work alongside experienced professionals on real client engagements.
