About The Position

The Cybersecurity Analyst Lead applies core cybersecurity practices in daily work and helps colleagues use AI tools safely. The role helps protect FIS, its clients, and their data as AI becomes part of business operations and attackers’ methods. It also supports identifying, reporting, and reducing AI-related threats to FIS systems, data, and reputation.

Requirements

• Knowledge of core security principles, including confidentiality, integrity and availability, least privilege, defence in depth, and zero trust.
• Knowledge of common threats such as phishing, malware, ransomware, insider risk, and credential theft, and basic controls to reduce them.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, including multi-factor authentication, password hygiene, and privileged access.
• Knowledge of data protection and classification, including the need for extra care with client and payment data in financial services.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of incident response basics, including how to recognise, contain, report, and learn from a security incident.
• Awareness of frameworks and regulations such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, and DORA.
• Experience with CrowdStrike, Data Analytics, and Guardian.

Responsibilities

• Apply FIS security policies and standards in daily work, including access control, data classification, secure configuration, and incident reporting.
• Support safe business use of AI tools by checking that confidential, client, and personal data are not shared with unapproved AI services.
• Help assess security risks of new AI tools, models, and vendors before adoption, working with Risk, Legal, Privacy, and Technology teams.
• Stay current on cyber threats, AI capabilities, and financial services regulation, and share relevant learning with the team.
