About The Position

Armison Tech is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to join an important team that executes initiatives and de-conflicts issues with key stakeholders. This role involves cross-cutting integration, enterprise-wide transformation efforts, and information technology investments. The position applies network engineering techniques and cybersecurity best practices to lead and champion missions for the customer and the organization. The role is located in Herndon, VA, within an on-site client environment and requires a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Requirements

  • Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating and advising on zero trust architecture maturity models and road mapping phased adoption.
  • Demonstrated experience within the IT and Cybersecurity policies, standards and guidance domains, organizing and shaping IT direction to the organization as a whole.
  • Experience working with and a deep knowledge of zero trust architecture frameworks, such as NIST SP 800-207, micro-segmentation, least-privilege access, and continuous verification.
  • Demonstrated experience in network security architectures, such as software-defined networking (SDN), secure access service edge (SASE), or API gateways.
  • Experience with cloud-native security (e.g. AWS IAM, Azure AD, or Google Cloud IAM) and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. Security, DevOps, Compliance) to help align zero trust architecture goals and outcomes with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience tracking program dependencies including but not limited to process improvements and changes, as well as technical integration challenges.
  • Experience assessing, documenting, and tracking program and project requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs).
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating program and project management process activities such as program and project reviews and creating documentation.
