About The Position

The Senior Project Manager for JLLT Cyber Security is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for coordinating and managing global cyber security projects within the enterprise portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Cyber Security Project Management, this position serves as a key driver in executing the organization's Cyber Security Strategic Project Portfolio, ensuring alignment across geographies and delivering measurable business outcomes. This role requires a seasoned project management professional who can lead confidential, large-scale initiatives while establishing governance frameworks, driving stakeholder alignment, and leveraging emerging technologies to optimize program delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification required
  • 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing large-scale, enterprise-level technology or cyber security projects
  • Proven experience leading global, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
  • Demonstrated success managing confidential and strategic initiatives requiring executive-level stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with PMO operations, portfolio management, and governance frameworks
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Smartsheet)
  • Strong understanding of cyber security principles, frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), and industry best practices
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools for project management optimization
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration platforms, and reporting tools
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Proven change management and organizational enablement experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strategic thinking with strong business acumen

Responsibilities

  • Lead confidential and large-scale cyber security strategic initiatives requiring cross-geographic alignment and executive stakeholder engagement
  • Develop, maintain, and report on standardized processes and practices for JLLT programs, including roles, engagement models, metrics, and governance frameworks
  • Facilitate portfolio prioritization and develop strategic execution structures that align projects with defined business outcomes
  • Define major deliverables, coordinate stakeholder communications, and resolve or escalate cross-project dependency issues
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to create and maintain robust project and program toolsets aligned with business outcomes across the JLLT organization
  • Coordinate communication to stakeholders and senior leaders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout project lifecycles
  • Participate in and enable appropriate governance structures, ensuring effective project reporting and delivery across the security portfolio
  • Support Change Management, End User Enablement, and Communication strategies for Business Management initiatives and large-scale programs
  • Provide ongoing training, communications, coaching, and mentoring to stakeholders within assigned portfolios and programs
  • Lead documentation, training, and process rollout initiatives for prioritized business outcomes
  • Regularly audit program data for quality and compliance, coaching teams to achieve improvement
  • Report on metrics and results to leadership, identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Support continuous organizational evolution by adapting new capabilities (PMO, Portfolio, Program, Product, AI and Agile methodologies) and measuring their effectiveness
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve project management efficiency, including automated administrative tasks, project plan generation, accelerated decision-making, and enhanced meeting experiences
