About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead and execute an enterprise cybersecurity program across IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. This role is responsible for cybersecurity strategy, governance, incident management, and team leadership while partnering closely with manufacturing and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Leading and building cybersecurity teams
- Experience creating and building cyber security strategies to achieve roadmaps laid out by leadership.
- Experience in incident detection and response, conducting process and compliance audits, managing perimeter and internal threat protection, overseeing vulnerability management and remediation, and performing technical penetration testing
- Experience in both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments
Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity projects, initiatives, and regional standardization efforts.
- Provide governance and oversight aligned to frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and TISAX.
- Own cybersecurity budget planning and investment decisions.
- Oversee incident detection and response, vulnerability management, and penetration testing.
- Manage cybersecurity tools, monitoring, and threat protection.
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
- Support SOX and other internal/external cybersecurity audits.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards.
- Drive cybersecurity awareness and training programs.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals.
