About The Position

E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a highly motivated, full-time hybrid Cyber Security Analyst in Clarksburg, West Virginia. The analyst will develop and implement secure configurations for cloud services to ensure resources comply with framework security controls, and use tools to conduct on-demand scans of customer software products and web assets. The role supports cyber security and IT security engineering projects and involves researching cloud services, evaluating risks, implementing security guardrails, deploying cloud resources, and aligning security checks with compliance controls.

Requirements

Active Top Secret clearance.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a cloud environment.
Experience in security design and architecture reviews of large applications, systems, and networks.
Experience with Linux, Windows, networking, firewalls, and hands-on administration or engineering.
Scripting skills and understanding of basic variables, loops, arrays, and functions.
A track record of success securing large and complex environments, such as data centers or other industrial spaces.

Nice To Haves

AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI Associate-level or higher certification.
CISSP.
Security+.
FISMA experience or knowledge.
NIST experience or knowledge.

Responsibilities

Assist in delivering cyber security and IT security engineering projects.
Research cloud service documentation to outline secure configurations and potential risks associated with each service.
Assess the risk posture and exposure of misconfigured services.
Develop guardrails to ensure services are deployed in a secure configuration.
Deploy cloud resources using web interfaces and command-line utilities.
Evaluate and recommend security software and hardware, including integration into existing architecture.
Create security matrix checks from security configurations.
Apply appropriate security controls to checks from the required compliance framework.
