About The Position

Peraton seeks a Cyber Operational Planner to provide policy and strategic planning for USSPACECOM. The position is located at Peterson SFB in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role provides strategic advice and planning support concerning cyber policy and the integration of cyberspace operations, electronic warfare, information operations, and information warfare. It also supports organizational and mission planning, policy, doctrine, and technical functions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience with a bachelor's degree, 6 years with a master's degree, or 3 years with a Ph.D.
• Experience in cyberspace operations, electronic warfare, information operations, and/or information warfare.
• Familiarity with cyberspace operations, strategy, and policy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with intelligence-driven cyber-defense planning and Joint Cyberspace Operations, including Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) and Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO).
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI and other special classified accesses.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior leadership to develop and communicate strategies and priorities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align efforts with overall mission objectives.
• Provide strategic advice on cyber policy and planning to senior leadership.
• Provide strategic advice on integrating cyberspace operations, electronic warfare, information operations, and information warfare.
• Foster international partnerships and alliances in the cyber domain for space systems.
• Provide research, programmatic, administrative, and resource support for organizational and mission planning, policy, doctrine, and technical support.
