About The Position

THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CVOR Tech for a Surgical Services position in Lexington, Kentucky. The position is described as an 8-hour shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must also provide current clinical documentation and references and pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening.

Requirements

• Current state licensure
• At least 1 year of recent experience
• Current resume
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
• Two current clinical references
• Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
• TB skin test completed within the last 12 months
• Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
• Respiratory fit test completed within the last 12 months
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
• Must pass pre-employment screening, a background check, and urine drug screening
