About The Position

The client is hiring a Surgical Services CVOR Tech in Lexington, Kentucky, for 10-hour shifts. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Requirements

• Current state licensure
• At least 1 year of recent experience
• Current resume
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
• Two current clinical references
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
• MMR, hepatitis B, and varicella titers
• Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
• Must pass pre-employment screening, a background check, and urine drug screening
