About The Position
THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CVOR Tech for a Surgical Services position in Seattle, Washington. The role is listed for a 4-hour rotating shift. Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current state licensure
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background screening, and urine drug screening
