About The Position
Our client is seeking a CVOR Tech for Surgical Services in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The position is a 4x10 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. The role requires current clinical documentation, certifications, references, and health screening records, as well as passing pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical examination within the last 12 months
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test within the last 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening
