About The Position

NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a CV Anesthesiologist to join its team at Bayhealth Hospital in Dover, Delaware. This is a full-time W-2 position with a diverse case mix and a set schedule. The compensation package includes a $615,000 base salary, a $75,000 CV stipend, a $10,000 quality incentive, and a $100,000 sign-on bonus. The role includes 10 weeks of PTO and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) match, malpractice coverage, and CME funds. CV experience and/or a Cardiovascular Anesthesiology fellowship is preferred; current fellows are encouraged to apply.
