About The Position

Join Our Team We are a growing food manufacturing company looking for dependable and safety-focused team members to join our production team as Cutter Operators. This role is responsible for monitoring candy flow through the sizing and cutting process, ensuring product quality, and supporting safe and efficient production operations. This is a hands-on manufacturing position in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and safety are essential.

Requirements

• Ability to work safely around machinery and moving equipment
• Strong attention to detail and focus
• Comfortable working in a warm production environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn
• Wear required PPE, including gloves
• Keep hands away from moving machinery
• Stop equipment before attempting to address issues
• Follow all machine safety procedures and company policies

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor candy flow through batch rollers, sizers, cutters, and cooling tunnels
• Ensure candy feeds smoothly and evenly through the production process
• Identify and respond to jams, product flow issues, or equipment concerns
• Perform product changeovers while preventing flavor cross-contamination
• Follow all food safety, quality, and safety procedures
• Maintain awareness around hot surfaces, moving machinery, and sharp components
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Communicate issues to supervisors or maintenance as needed
• Support production goals while maintaining product quality standards
