About The Position

The Cut Table Assistant supports daily cut table operations, prepares material kits, maintains workspace organization, and ensures accurate material handling and inventory tracking. The role works with the Lamination Department and follows standard operating procedures, safety procedures, and company policies while handling materials and operating the cut table.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in various physical conditions.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful Permanent Resident in compliance with ITAR regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Cut Table Department.
• Operate the cut table safely and efficiently.
• Prepare material kits for the Lamination Department.
• Maintain freezer and workspace cleanliness.
• Check in and out materials and log them properly.
• Report machine issues to the Lead.
• Follow SOPs for material handling and operation.
• Perform inventory counts for materials and kits.
• Identify materials and kits using Engineering drawings.
• Assist with monthly material audit inventory counts.
• Help Lamination locate materials and kits.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Use basic math for measurements and calculations.
• Work collaboratively with the team.
• Edit and create spreadsheets as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
