About The Position

The Rotary Die Cut Assistant works as part of a team supporting a manufacturing operation, with the goal of increasing productivity and reducing downtime and waste. The role leads the machine crew during setups and changeovers, including mounting printing plates and/or cutting dies. It also involves conducting quality checks, following safety and lock-out/tag-out procedures, and troubleshooting machine issues. The position is for second shift, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and may require availability for other shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Passion for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to work closely day to day with other production personnel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to reduce machine downtime.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.

Responsibilities
