Requirements

Experience in customs brokerage, customs entry processing, or import documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and process customs entry documents for Customs release and duty payment.
Prepare Remote Location Filing (RLF) entries.
Submit required information and documentation to government agencies.
Ensure timely filing of ISF, FDA documentation, and customs entries.
Prepare customs clearance packets, billing documentation, and client communications.
Process customs brokerage fees and invoices for existing clients.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient customs clearance.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
