About The Position

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. Responsibilities

Provide customers with great service on the tills and the shop floor.
Perform a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
Respond to customer queries.
Champion Co-op products and Membership.
Deliver a great shopping experience.
Support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
Keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
Help introduce new products and services.
Get involved in community activities and events.
