About The Position

Welcome Break is looking for a Customer Service Team Member to be the friendly face our customers see first. In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers find what they need and keeping the site looking its best, contributing to a great experience for customers on the move. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy helping people, can remain calm and organized during busy periods, take pride in maintaining cleanliness and smooth operations, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a smile and help them quickly and confidently
Keep the customer seating areas and back-of-house clean and tidy throughout your shift (including tables, counters, floors and toilets where required)
Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, completing checks and cleaning tasks as trained, and escalating customer issues when needed
