Razor Rents, a leader in construction equipment sales and rentals, is seeking an energetic, customer-focused go-getter to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the Rental Department and gain cross-training in the Rental, Service, and Parts departments, becoming a go-to support person for the store. Responsibilities
- Greet, assist, and provide solutions to customers in-person and over the phone.
- Get cross-trained in multiple departments while gaining valuable equipment knowledge.
- Help with rental agreements, work orders, billing, and other essential admin tasks.
- Work with teams to keep communication flowing between departments.
- Participate in training and share ideas to improve processes.
