About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company database.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Meet established customer satisfaction and response time goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Perform other administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
