About The Position

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Support Specialist to handle omnichannel inquiries (phone, email, and chat) on a flexible 2-and-2 rotating schedule. In this role, you will quickly resolve customer issues, process returns and complaints, and accurately document every interaction within our CRM system. You will act as a vital bridge for user feedback, forwarding insights to relevant departments while keeping customers informed about their inquiry status. The ideal candidate possesses excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, maintaining a polite and professional dialogue at all times.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for both Russian and Kazakh languages.
  • Ability to conduct dialogue politely and professionally.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency in PC and basic office programs.
  • Skills in working with CRM systems and other specialized software.
