About The Position

Promoboxx is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Services Team. Promoboxx is a retail marketing platform powered by brands, helping leading companies support their local retailers with online marketing. We work with well-known brands including YETI, HOKA, Yamaha, Chevrolet, Carhartt, The North Face, and more. We are a power-packed company of just under 40 members where everyone needs to consistently contribute meaningful and efficient work. This is an entry-level, full-time, 100% remote role ideal for someone who is excited about marketing, technology, customer service, and social media. You’ll become an expert in the Promoboxx platform, support retailers and brand customers, conduct 1:1 trainings, help maintain customer data, and assist our Customer Success Managers with projects and reporting.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience in some capacity (retail, food service, hospitality all tend to foster very translatable skillsets for this role)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with tech tools and data spreadsheets is ideal
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly and clearly explain product functionality to customers
  • A positive, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
  • Preference for candidates interested in growing with Promoboxx long term

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the Support inbox, responding to customer emails, and returning phone calls
  • Learning the Promoboxx platform and becoming a product expert
  • Answering general questions about platform functionality and best practices from internal members
  • Conducting 1:1 Zoom trainings with users
  • Updating account and brand network data (involves some basic data work)
  • Gaining hands-on experience with social media marketing, retailer engagement, and brand-supported digital campaigns
  • Assisting with additional team projects as needed
