About The Position

The Customer Support Specialist will assist customers with inquiries, process orders, resolve issues, provide product information, and partner with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through timely communication, responsiveness, problem-solving, and a commitment to meeting customer needs.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns, order discrepancies, shipping issues, returns, and product-related questions in a professional and solutions-focused manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, availability, specifications, and recommendations to help meet their safety and operational needs.
  • Support customers utilizing JendcoSafety.com by assisting with website navigation, online ordering, account inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution while helping deliver a positive and efficient digital customer experience.
  • Partner with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and other departments to ensure customer expectations are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Provide customers with updates regarding order status, inventory availability, delivery timelines, and other relevant information.
  • Support customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a consistently positive experience.
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend improvements to processes, communication, and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order activity, issue resolution, and follow-up actions within company systems.
  • Assist with customer service initiatives, special projects, and other departmental activities that support company goals and customer success.
