About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Customer Support Specialist fluent in both Lao and English to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage omni-channel customer interactions including calls, emails, and chats to resolve inquiries, process returns, and accurately maintain customer records within our CRM system. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a sharp attention to detail when handling large volumes of information. Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills for both Lao and English languages.
• Ability to conduct dialogue politely and professionally.
• Ability to work with large volumes of information.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency in PC and basic office programs.
• Skills in working with CRM systems and other specialized software.

Responsibilities

• Responding to phone calls, emails, and chat messages.
• Quickly and efficiently resolving customer issues.
• Processing returns, exchanges, and customer complaints.
• Keeping records of each interaction with customers.
• Updating customer information in the CRM system.
• Collecting and forwarding customer feedback to relevant departments.
• Informing customers about the status of their inquiries.
