About The Position

Fronius Canada, a subsidiary of Fronius International, is seeking a passionate Customer Support Specialist to join their Customer Order Processing team at their Mississauga head office. Fronius is a technology leader in battery charging, perfect welding, and solar energy solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Technical understanding and eagerness to learn
  • Working knowledge of ERP System
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong MS Office skills including MS Dynamics CRM
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, both independently and as a team member
  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on data entry
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Post-Secondary Education/Associated Diploma or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual preferred (French or German an advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain customer database in our ERP system (BaaN) and CRM
  • Prepare sales and service quotations
  • Customer sales / service order processing including coordination of shipments, order acknowledgement and invoicing
  • Handling of claims (Customer Order Processing and Purchase)
  • Handling the purchasing process (internal as well as external suppliers)
  • Point of contact for questions regarding procurement and logistics and correspondence with dealers and suppliers
  • Support warehouse staff
  • Support marketing and sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction through sales process
  • Occasional overseas travel to our parent company for training / meeting
  • Other duties as required
