About The Position

Belshire, a 100% employee owned, established environmental services company, is investing in a bright and talented person to help us to provide great service to our customers. We are actively hiring a Customer Support Specialist to interact with customers and vendors, prepare quotes, write up jobs, work with project managers, drivers, and field staff to ensure that work is scheduled and completed as directed. This position is based in an office setting and primarily involves desk-based work. Daily responsibilities include approximately 40% providing guidance and support to customers, subcontractors, and internal team members via email and phone; 40% running reports and processing job documentation; and 20% collaborating with and supporting project managers, drivers, and field staff to ensure work is completed as directed.
