The Customer Support Specialist role is designed to create an incredible experience for our customers. In strong collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering, you'll serve as a trusted resource helping customers get the most out of WellSaid Labs. This is a short-term, part time role expected to run through September 1, 2026, with the potential to transition into a full-time Customer Support Specialist position based on business needs and mutual fit. We are looking to add an Eastern Time-based CSS to our existing team to best support our customers' needs. This is an opportunity to join the front lines of Customer Support at a fast-growing AI company. As a CSS, you'll be one of our customers' primary points of contact, helping them solve problems, discover best practices, and successfully adopt WellSaid.
