About The Position

Customer Support Specialists support Red Aspen’s mission statement by going above and beyond to troubleshoot issues on behalf of Brand Ambassadors and their customers while providing world-class service and education to anyone that reaches out.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven Customer Support experience with track record of delighting customers and exceeding their expectations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office products with the ability to quickly learn specific software
  • Must be able to complete and pass a Writing Test and Typing Test

Responsibilities

  • Responding to Brand Ambassador and customer inquiries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat
  • Manage large amounts of incoming emails and chats
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with Brand Ambassadors and customers through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Take the extra mile to engage and support our Brand Ambassadors and customers
  • Identify customer needs and help customers using specific company software
  • Provide recognition and awards to eligible Brand Ambassadors
  • Recognize and inform leads of any unknown website issues highlighted by customers and Brand Ambassadors
  • Process order returns.
  • Update customer and Brand Ambassador accounts as necessary.
  • Take on other assignments as necessary during down time
