About The Position

The Customer Service Representative supports customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate communication. This role acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams, resolving issues and coordinating activities to meet service expectations. The position plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting efficient order fulfillment processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM or ERP platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience handling order management, billing, or shipment coordination.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining professional communication.
  • Process, modify, and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate pricing, terms, and documentation.
  • Coordinate shipments and track order fulfillment in alignment with customer needs and business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issue resolution in system tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
