About The Position

Responsible for all communications with customers, both by phone as well as by e-mail/contact form. This role involves answering incoming Online Sales phone calls, promoting and selling products and/or services to meet customer needs, and communicating with customers regarding order-related issues. The representative will also make customers aware of related products when assisting with orders, assist in keeping the parts department clean and orderly, and help maintain all departmental tools and equipment. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to the company's safety program at all times. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

Good communication skills, friendly, and approachable
General knowledge of parts and machinery
Team player with a collaborative attitude
Strong multi-tasking ability
Basic data entry and keyboarding skills
Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer application
Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Forklift operation experience is a plus
