Requirements

  • At least three (3) years Customer Service experience
  • Should be team player, an excellent team motivator, and maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication, analytical problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow-up as needed to resolve issues
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
  • Answer telephones and respond to orders, general customer inquiries, invoice questions, and customer complaints
  • Supply customers with price quotes as requested
  • Hit or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and demonstrate in-depth working knowledge of the Company’s Salesforce, ecommerce, and ERP systems
  • Establish a subject matter expert level of knowledge of our product line, sizing, customer base, distributors, and pricing structure.
  • Ensures customer new orders, returns, and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer service issues which are escalated or complex in nature due to scope of problem and customer challenges.
  • In conjunction with the sales team, responsible for meeting customer expectations (e.g. call and email service levels and order processing).
  • Develop positive working relationships with Sales team members and top customers.
